My stay at the hotel started a bit rocky with the room not being made up until the afternoon, but things turned around when we were moved to a much nicer room with a big pool and amazing private views. The initial disappointment was sweetened by the lovely villa setup, although there was a minor issue with the lighting for reading at night.
